4 Mayor Daley proposed to build a high-speed rail between Chicago and O'hare ,But many different opinions and difficult maybe kill the Mayor's vision.
5.My opinion is the hight-speed in China has created great economy effect.Chicago should catch up with the age otherwise will drop behind the other cities. Mayor Daley should advertise his vision to society.
