Kate Jensen.
A news reporter on The Daily Echo, a national newspaper published in London. She has a colleague who is Rick and their friends, both started working as a reporter outside London, in a small town in Scotland. She studied journalism in Manchester and after finishing she got a job with the Manchester Evening News. She's in her early thirties. She used to train in karate. Because the karate she has a lot of friends in the martial art.
She's working on an article about some killed. Her background helps to have a big history because the killed is about sensei's murder and she knows the people can give her information about this murder.
