The vice president Joe Biden travelled on monday to persuade Iraqis that U.S is not givining up them about the combat operations .Obama administration put end of war .He discussed with the leaders almost six months without result .He wants to build a good partnership between U.S.A and IRAQ .He makes use of all policies to get a good result.In the meetings he persuaded that he took about the government formation process.
