· Shower and change your clothes as soon as you are done working out.

· Cover cuts and scrapes until they are completely healed.

· Don't share anything.

· Wash your hands.

· Don't work out when you are sick.

I like this article because learn about to care our lives, and I think that the world born new germs every day, and I need to learn moe about this kind of items.

I have a good habit when I get at home I always wash my hands, you don't know.
